1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing any service from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Astonish View LLC may update this website and these Terms at any time, so please check back periodically. Continued use of the site or our Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Services

Astonish View LLC provides website design and development, local SEO, lead-capture, and business automation services ("Services") to small and mid-sized businesses, primarily in Plantation, Broward County, and South Florida. Our Services are offered as defined packages, which currently include the Local Revenue Leak Audit, the 7-Day Local Visibility Fix, Monthly Local Growth Maintenance, and custom web app and automation projects.

You request a service through one of our forms — and, on some pages, by selecting a specific package. After we confirm that the service is a fit, the exact scope, timeline, and price for your engagement are agreed before work begins, and are sent to you as a payment link, invoice, or written proposal. Submitting a form is a request, not a binding order; a purchase is formed only when you complete payment for a confirmed scope.

3. Fees, payments, and billing

Prices shown on this website (for example, the $97 Local Revenue Leak Audit, the 7-Day Local Visibility Fix tiers, and Monthly Local Growth Maintenance starting at $497 per month) are stated in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you purchase. The price that applies to you is the one confirmed in your payment link, invoice, or proposal.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment platform. When you pay, you provide your payment and billing details directly to Stripe, and your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. By submitting a payment, you authorize the charge for the confirmed amount and confirm you are permitted to use the payment method.

Monthly Local Growth Maintenance and other subscription plans are billed automatically each billing period through Stripe until you cancel. One-time services (such as the Audit and the 7-Day Fix) are billed as a single charge, unless a different schedule is agreed in your proposal.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Because our Services are professional, largely digital work, fees for completed or delivered work — including the Local Revenue Leak Audit once the findings have been delivered — are non-refundable, except where required by law or as otherwise stated in your proposal. You may cancel a recurring plan at any time; cancellation stops future billing periods but does not refund the current period, and work already performed remains payable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Astonish View LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific client deliverable. Ownership and licensing of any deliverables we create for you are addressed in your individual engagement and may be conditioned on full payment.

6. How to contact us

We use form-only lead capture and do not publish a public email address. To reach us, submit a request through the Local Revenue Leak Audit or 7-Day Visibility Fix form. By submitting a form, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to use the site only for lawful purposes.

7. No guarantees of results

Search engine rankings, lead volume, and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue — only the deliverables described for each engagement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astonish View LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our Services. We are also not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service availability of third-party providers such as Stripe.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
