Privacy Policy

1. Form-only contact — no public email

We do not publish a public email address, and our website contains no mailto: links. The only way to reach us through the site is by submitting one of our request forms (the Local Revenue Leak Audit form or the 7-Day Visibility Fix form). This protects both your information and ours from spam.

2. Information we collect

When you submit a form, we collect the details you provide, which may include:

• Your name and business name
• Your business website, city, and business type
• A description of the main problem you'd like help with
• Your email address and, optionally, your phone number
• The package you selected, if you chose one before submitting
• Any additional message you choose to include

We also use a hidden field to detect automated spam submissions (a "honeypot"); this field is never visible to real visitors and is not used to identify you. Our website forms do not collect payment card details — payments are handled separately by Stripe (see "Payments and Stripe" below).

3. How we use your information

Submissions are processed on our server and delivered to our internal team by email through Resend, our transactional email provider. We use this information solely to review your request, follow up with you about our services, and — if you become a client — deliver the work you've engaged us for and process payment for it. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

4. Payments and Stripe

When you purchase a service, we use Stripe as our payment platform. Your payment and billing information — such as your card number — is collected and processed directly by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy. We do not collect or store your full card details on our servers. We may receive limited transaction information from Stripe — for example, your name and email, the amount and date, the last four digits of the card, and whether the payment succeeded — so we can confirm your order, provide support, and keep our financial records.

5. Service providers we share data with

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for them to perform their function:

• Resend — delivers your form submission to our internal team by email.
• Stripe — securely processes payments and billing.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — provides aggregated, anonymized usage measurement (see below).

These providers may process data on servers outside your state or country. We do not sell your information.

6. Spam prevention and security

Our forms include honeypot fields, server-side validation, and submission rate limiting to reduce spam and abuse. We take reasonable technical steps to protect submitted information, though no method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure.

7. Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site and to measure whether our pages and calls-to-action are working — including anonymized events for form submissions and button clicks. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

8. Retention

We retain submitted information only for as long as needed to respond to your request, deliver any services you engage us for, and meet our legitimate business and legal obligations.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your information. To exercise these rights, use the request form on our Local Revenue Leak Audit page and let us know what you'd like us to do.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
